Potential Starting Salary Range:

$24,960 – $36,331
Salary based on qualifications and experience

General Nature of Work:

Assist in the construction of new overhead and underground services upgrades; assist linemen in restoring overhead and underground outages; dig pole and anchor holes; frame and set poles and anchors; install guy wire; pulls wire off spool and string wire from pole to pole.

Training and Experience:

Must be a high school graduate or equivalent with basic knowledge of electricity and some knowledge of tools and materials used in power line construction; must have or obtain and maintain a valid “Class A” Driver’s License and meet all D.O.T. requirements within twelve months of employment.
