A message from the Southwest Georgia Community Action Council: Homebound and elderly households (all adults in household must be age 65 or over and/or physically homebound, or care for children 17 and under) may call (229) 218-0317 or go online at https://swgac.appointment.works/ea/qualification beginning April 1, 2025, at 7:00 am to schedule an application appointment. If funding remains, all eligible individuals from the general public may call or go online beginning May 1, 2025, at 7:00 am to schedule an application appointment.
